Salary: $470,000 for the first year
Resident Program: $40,000 per year
CME/License/DEA Allocation: $1,000 per year
Paid Time Off: 20 weekdays per year
5 sick days per year
7 paid holidays per year
5 days for CME or personal timeInsurance:

Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
Retirement Savings: 401K plan
Partnership Track:
After the first year, the provider transitions from an employee to an owner, gaining the ability to make decisions regarding tail coverage and other practice-related matters. Opportunity for profit sharing or partnership beginning the second year.
