Obstetrician Gynecologist (OBGYN)

Salary and Benefits
Hourly pay range: $114.62 - $141.07 (equivalent to approximately $238,400 - $293,400 annually for a 40-hour week)
Sign-on bonus: $10,000
Relocation assistance: $10,000
Student loan repayment assistance: Up to $110,000

Full clinical and administrative support staff
Flexible scheduling with no nights and no weekends required
Responsibilities
Provide full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population
Manage prenatal, labor, delivery, and postnatal care including both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies
Perform gynecological surgeries including C-sections and laparoscopies
Maintain a schedule of seven days of ambulatory clinic, two days of surgery, and one day of administrative duties
Rotate call for deliveries with 1 OB/GYN and 2 Family Medicine with OB providers (shared among 4)
Share surgical call with one other physician
Deliver approximately 300 patients per year as a team
Round at two local hospitals: BJC and St. Mary's - SSM
Potential to rotate across up to three clinic locations as team expands
Provide culturally competent care, including to a high Hispanic population
Requirements
Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Active or eligible for a Missouri medical license
Experience with or willingness to handle both OB and GYN cases, including surgical procedures
Bilingual Spanish skills preferred but not required
Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based setting
