Job description
If you're looking for a full-scope OB/GYN role with real support behind you, this is worth a look. This is an established, high-volume program on Maryland's Eastern Shore with a team large enough to actually share the load; 7 OB/GYNs, 8 CNMs, MFM coverage, and a laborist group handling backup call so your 1:7 rotation stays manageable.
The Role
Monday through Friday schedule with 3 to 4 clinic days per week and dedicated OR block time
1:7 call rotation with post-call day off and laborist backup coverage
Full-scope 50/50 OB and GYN mix with MFM support for high-risk cases
Da Vinci Xi robotics, 4-room ASC, ultrasound, colposcopy, and on-site lab
2,200 deliveries annually with a 17 to 19% C-section rate
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary of $380,000 to $390,000 with a $10,000 sign-on bonus
6 weeks PTO plus 9 paid holidays and $3,000 CME annually
401(k) with 5% match and FTCA malpractice coverage
PSLF and NHSC loan repayment eligible
J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available
You'll Need
MD or DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
New graduates and experienced candidates both welcome
Leadership potential a plus
