Job description
OB/GYN Physician - Salisbury, Maryland
Join an established, high volume OB/GYN program on Maryland's Eastern Shore with 7 OB/GYNs, 8 CNMs, and approximately 2,200 deliveries annually.
Position Highlights
Full Spectrum Practice: Approximately 50/50 OB and GYN mix with a strong physician and midwife team
Robotic Surgery: Da Vinci Xi robotics and access to a 4 room ambulatory surgery center
Clinical Support: MFM support for high risk cases
Practice Resources: On site ultrasound, colposcopy, and laboratory services
Delivery Volume: Approximately 2,200 deliveries annually with a 17% to 19% C section rate
Schedule & Call
Practice Schedule: Monday through Friday with 3 to 4 clinic days per week and dedicated OR block time
Call Rotation: 1:7 call with a post call day off and laborist backup
Compensation & Benefits
$380,000 to $390,000 base salary
$10,000 sign-on bonus
6 weeks PTO plus 9 paid holidays
$3,000 annual CME allowance
401(k) with 5% employer match
FTCA malpractice coverage
PSLF and NHSC loan repayment eligibility
J 1 and H 1B sponsorship available
Candidate Requirements
MD or DO, board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN
New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
