Job details:
Position : OBGYN
Location : Santa Cruz, CA
Schedule : 3-4 clinic days per week + post-call day
1-2 call shifts per week (4-6 per month, CALL FROM HOME)
Various schedules available: Full-Time hospital based
Full-Time full scope clinic & hospital based
Call : Shared call: 1:6-7 with internal docs Hospitalist always present + OBGYN
EMR : Cerner
Patient load : 15-20 (Everyone starts with a slow ramp up)
Job Requirements :BC or BE in FM or IM
New grads welcome (no 2027 grads)
Support : 7 CNMs in clinic, 1 full-scope physician, 1 GYN/surg physician, hospitalists
Credentialing : Up to 90 days (If they have CA license, can start sooner)
