OB/GYN Physician Opportunity in ArizonaSierra Vista, ArizonaFull timeA community hospital in Sierra Vista, Arizona is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN to join an established and thriving practice. This position is available due to the upcoming retirement of a respected physician, offering the opportunity to step into a well-developed patient base with strong community trust.Position Highlights• Established practice with loyal patient base and strong referral patterns• Modern medical office located on the hospital campus• Collaborative team including experienced OB/GYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners• Traditional OB/GYN mix: approximately 75% obstetrics and 25% gynecology• Full clinical and administrative support staff• Advanced technology including Da Vinci surgical robot and new ultrasound equipment• Integrated electronic medical records: Athena (clinic) and Cerner (hospital)Schedule• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM• Block scheduling for operating room time with opportunity for additional cases• Call: approximately 10 days per month including one weekendClinical ScopePhysicians practice the full spectrum of OB/GYN procedures including:• Cesarean sections• Hysterectomies including robotic-assisted procedures• Laparoscopy• Dilation and curettage (D&C)• Endometrial ablations• Fibroid resections• Pelvic floor repairsCandidate Requirements• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology• New graduates welcome; mentorship available• Spanish-speaking candidates highly desirable• J-1 visa sponsorship availableHospital Highlights• 100-bed hospital serving the regional community• Approximately 700 deliveries annually• 7 Labor and Delivery rooms• 14 postpartum rooms and 8 observation beds• Level I Nursery with Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage 24/7• Breast health excellence program with 3D mammography• Highly trained nursing staff with specialty OB certifications and full fetal monitoring certificationCompensation & Benefits• Competitive base salary plus wRVU productivity bonus• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance• Student loan repayment assistance• Early commitment residency stipend available• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits• Paid time off and retirement plan• CME allowance and CME days• Paid malpractice and professional liability coverage• Marketing and practice growth supportCommunity - Sierra Vista, ArizonaSierra Vista is located in the scenic high desert of southeastern Arizona and offers an excellent quality of life.• Mild four-season climate with year-round outdoor recreation• Stunning mountain views with hiking, biking, and birding opportunities• Affordable cost of living• Safe, family-friendly community with excellent schools• Approximately 75 minutes from Tucson for access to larger city amenitiesThis opportunity provides a rare chance to join a successful OB/GYN practice in a supportive community while enjoying a balanced lifestyle in one of Arizona's most beautiful regions.
