The Role:
Location: Somerset, KY
Assignment duration: ASAP - ongoing
Shift Type: 24hr Inhouse call
Patient encounters per shift: 8
Cases: C-sections and emergencies; department includes 2 ORs for c-sections.
Specialty skills: Low risk pregnancy; High risk pregnancy; FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE); OB ultrasounds (Level I/Screening and Level II/Targeted); Amniocentesis; Routine delivery (vaginal, low forceps); Decision-making for C-section; Complicated delivery (C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs); Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations; Surgical gynecology (open and laparoscopic diagnostic/minor and operative/major procedures).
Site Charting System: Epic.
Clean background required.
Certification Requirements: KY License or IMLC, BC/BE, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
