Job description
Locums Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician in Sonora, California - Low Daily Volume, Flexible Coverage
Take as-needed 24 hour OB GYN call with a lighter daily workload centered on emergency evaluations, phone consultations, and morning rounding.
Highlights
Approximately 2 to 4 patients per day
As-needed coverage
Mix of phone and in-person consultations
Multi-month coverage need
Practice & Cases
Inpatient obstetrics and gynecology
Emergency OB GYN evaluations
Approximately 1 to 3 in-person emergency visits per day
Approximately 35 to 40 deliveries per month across the service
Schedule
24 hour call shifts
Morning rounds as needed
Approximately 4 to 6 telephone calls per day
Requirements
Must be an MD or DO
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Active medical license required
Logistics
