OB/GYN Opportunity in Stayton, Oregon $400K-$425K Bas e Guaranteed Salary Join an established OB/GYN practice with 30 years of community care and an existing patient panel from a retiring physician. You'll work alongside an experienced team with strong staff retention while helping expand a growing women's health program in Oregon's Willamette Valley.
Position Highlights Established patient panel from a retiring physician
Full-scope OB/GYN practice including C-sections and gynecologic surgery
Join another OB/GYN, CNM, Women's Health NP/PA, two consistent locum physicians, and experienced support staff
Anesthesia and NICU support available, with referrals for high-risk pregnancies
One clinic, one hospital, and one EPIC EMR
Opportunity to help grow annual deliveries from 200 to 350
Brand-new women's health clinic opening this year
Schedule & Call 3 clinic days and 1 dedicated OR day per week
34 hours of patient care plus 6 hours of protected administrative time
Office hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Shared weekday call with 2 nights per week
1:4 weekend call rotation
Experienced CNM handles most first-call responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits $400,000 to $425,000 base salary plus RVU incentives
$10,000 sign-on bonus
$10,000 relocation assistance
$3,000 CME allowance plus 5 CME days

Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
MD or DO from an accredited residency program
ACLS certified
Eligible for Oregon licensure
