Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians seeking scope, stability, and meaningful community impact will find a strong professional home in this full-scope OB-GYN opportunity in northern Arizona. Join an established, physician-led women’s health team expanding into a new, mission-driven outpatient clinic opening Fall 2026. This role blends full-scope clinical practice with predictable scheduling, strong midwife and nursing support, and the opportunity to serve a deeply connected patient population.
You will practice primarily in a modern, community-based outpatient setting while maintaining hospital privileges for deliveries and surgeries approximately 30 minutes away. Call responsibilities are shared, supported by a collaborative midwife team, and structured to protect clinic days. Teaching opportunities with rotating residents add professional variety and long-term engagement. Full-scope Obstetrics and Gynecology with clinic-based practice at a new outpatient facility
New community clinic opening Fall 2026 with rapid ramp-up expected
Average clinic volume of 15–18 patients per day
Approximately 300 deliveries annually at the hospital with a 30% c-section rate
Shared 1:5 call rotation with midwives taking first call for obstetrics
Blocked surgical time available 2-4 days per month
Advanced laparoscopic equipment
