Role Overview:
An established healthcare system seeks a Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join a large, experienced group practice. The role involves providing quality patient care in a full-service hospital with laborist support, ensuring a balanced work-life environment.
Responsibilities & Benefits
Perform OB‑GYN services at a 430‑bed hospital, the region's only full-service facility between Phoenix and San Diego.
Manage a patient load of 26–35 patients daily with 15‑minute appointments.
Enjoy a strong first-year guaranteed salary of $482,000, with a sign‑on bonus of $100,000 and relocation stipends.
Benefit from a 1:6 call schedule, 35 days of PTO, and support for J1 or H1B visas.
