UChicago Medicine AdventHealth seeks an experienced Nursing Professional Development specialist to lead education initiatives, promote evidence-based practice, and support staff learning across units.
You will partner with education and clinical practice, drive quality improvement via PDSA, and mentor preceptors while advancing professional development within our faith-based health system.
