Job description
OB/GYN APP Locums - Every Other Week Schedule in Michigan
Practice Setting
Outpatient Clinic setting with a patient volume of 18-25 per day
Support staff includes MA's and Receptionists
Schedule
Consistent Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Block Scheduling: Only 2 weeks per month is required for coverage
Procedures and Cases
Full scope of Women's Health Services is required for the assignment
Must have 2 years of recent Women's Health/OBGYN experience
Requirements
Active Michigan (MI) state license is required at the time of name clear
ACLS and BLS certifications are required
DEA is required at the time of the assignment start
Credentialing Requirements
No malpractice history is allowed for quick credentialing
A Self-Query NPDB, pulled within 30 days, is required at submission
Immunization records are required for clearance (Flu, TDAP, Hep B, etc.)
