Certified Nurse Midwife Opening Cooperstown, NYFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking experienced Certified Nurse Midwife to join established women's health team in Cooperstown, New YorkPosition Highlights:Join collaborative team including: - 9 Certified Nurse Midwives - 4 Generalist OB/GYN Physicians - 3 OB Hospitalists - 5 Physician Assistants - 3 Nurse PractitionersHospital-employed, evidence-based practice modelPrimarily outpatient positionLabor, delivery, and recovery (LDR) modelApproximately 1,000 deliveries annuallyLevel I Nursery with regional perinatal support from Albany Medical CenterCollegial and collaborative work environmentIntegrated EPIC electronic medical record systemResponsibilities:Provide comprehensive midwifery and women's health careManage prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic careCollaborate with multidisciplinary OB/GYN teamMaintain accurate and timely documentationQualifications:Certified Nurse Midwife certification requiredPrior experience requiredActive New York license or ability to obtainCompensation & Benefits:Competitive compensation range: $140,000 - $150,000Sign-on bonus up to $50,000Medical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan optionsPaid time offContinuing medical education (CME) support Estimated pay range/amount is $130,367 - $160,718.
