A rewarding opportunity is available for a Locum Tenens Obstetrics clinician in an esteemed facility with a Level 3 NICU in Pocatello, ID. This role is crucial to ensuring continuous patient care with robust maternal-fetal medicine resources. The schedule includes 24-hour shifts and evening coverage, with opportunities available from September through December.

Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including routine and complicated deliveries.
Manage high-risk pregnancies with access to maternal-fetal medicine services.
Interpret fetal heart rate monitoring and perform OB ultrasounds.
Conduct delivery decision-making for C-sections and manage multiple types of deliveries.
Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
45-day estimated credentialing timeframe upon application completion
Proficiency in managing high-risk pregnancies and comprehensive delivery care
Working Hours Varied shifts, including 24-hour and night coverage as specified in the schedule
Skills Expertise in low and high-risk pregnancy management
Proficient in fetal heart rate interpretation and performing/interpretation of OB ultrasounds
Skilled in complicated deliveries, including C-sections and repairs of 3rd & 4th-degree lacerations
Preferred experience in laparoscopic diagnostic/minor procedures
