Job description
A registered nurse at Baptist Health Arkansas is accountable for using the nursing process and Baptist Health training to provide safe, compassionate patient care. The RN must demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking and align with department policies for a unified care team. New RN graduates or RNs in good standing licensed in Arkansas are eligible.
BSN preferred. Must meet standards of care, participate in the interdisciplinary team, and have CPR.
