Nurse Practitioner - Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, or Emergency

Join Seasoned Recruitment as an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner specializing in Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care. We're seeking a compassionate professional to deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced, supportive environment during Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Your Role

In this role, you will be integral to the healthcare team, focusing on the diagnosis and management of work-related injuries, illness, and ensuring the well-being of employees. You will conduct physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, provide treatment plans, and deliver preventative care, all while promoting a safe and healthy workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine care needs.

Administer appropriate treatment to acute and chronic conditions.

Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests as necessary.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective care plans.

Provide education on health maintenance and prevention strategies.

Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Nursing.

Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts.

Certification from ANCC or equivalent board for Nurse Practitioners.

Valid DEA Registration for prescription authority.

Current BLS and ACLS Certification required.

At least three years experience as a Nurse Practitioner

Preferred experience in Occupational Health. Experience in Urgent Care or Emergency settings is highly attractive.

Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
