Related Affordable Beacon, NY is seeking an Occupancy & Recertification Specialist to lead day-to-day leasing and income certifications for our LIHTC and HUD Project Based Section 8 community.
You will manage move-ins, renewals, and recertifications, ensuring alignment with HUD/LIHTC/Section 8 rules. A detail-oriented, organized professional with strong communication is preferred; experience with Yardi or RealPage is a plus.
