Job description
Butler Senior Living, part of Springpoint Senior Living Affordable Housing Community, seeks an Occupancy Specialist to oversee HUD and Tax Credit occupancy responsibilities in Butler, NJ. This is a full-time position with a focus on audits, subsidies, transfers, and recertifications.
Responsibilities include coordinating subsidies and move-ins, preparing tenant files, and addressing questions from tenants and applicants in a timely, accurate manner.
