Outpatient Occupational Therapist | Hand Therapy | Jacksonville FL | PSLF
Position Highlights
Hands-focused outpatient OT at a hospital-affiliated clinic (Jacksonville FL)
Open to new grads and experienced OTs, built-in mentorship from a senior hand therapist
Caseload: hands, shoulders, elbows, with some neuro mix (stroke, TBI, occasional SCI)
Sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance
PSLF eligible
CHT a plus but not required, mentorship to grow into the lane

Now hiring an Occupational Therapist for an outpatient hand therapy role in the Jacksonville area. It's a hospital-affiliated outpatient clinic with a hands-heavy caseload, a small collaborative team, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration. Qualifications & Requirements
Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
FL state OT license or eligibility
Interest or experience in hand therapy and/or neuro preferred
CHT certification a plus but not required
New grads and experienced OTs welcome
Strong interdisciplinary teamwork skills
