Job description
Occupational Therapist | Outpatient | Hand Therapy
Highlights & Benefits
Full-time Outpatient Hand Therapy position
Mentorship from a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs
~10 patients/day
Dedicated 1:1 therapy sessions focused on quality care and improved patient outcomes
Primarily hands, shoulders, and elbows, with additional neurological cases (stroke, TBI, occasional SCI)
45-60 minute treat/evals
Mon-Fri, 8:00-5:00 - 1in4 weekend rotation
3+ weeks paid time off (PTO)
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus plus $2,500 in relocation assistance
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible position
Medical/dental/vision insurance and retirement with employer match
Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active OT license or the ability to obtain one
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Collaborative, team-building personality style
Hand Therapy Certification & Experience Preferred
