Job description
Occupational Therapist | Hospital Outpatient | Hand Therapy
Highlights/Benefits
Full-time Outpatient Hand Therapy
Mentorship from an experienced team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs
Around 8-10 patients/day
Dedicated one-on-one therapy sessions focused on quality care and improved patient outcomes
Hands, shoulders, and elbows, with additional neurological cases including stroke, TBI, and occasional SCI
60-minute treatments/evaluations
Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00, 1 in 4 weekends
20+ paid time off (PTO)
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus plus $2,000 in Relocation Assistance
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible position
Medical/dental/vision insurance and retirement 401k with employer match
Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active OT license or the ability to obtain one
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Collaborative, team-building personality style
Hand Therapy Certification & Experience Preferred
