Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) Travel Assignment in Leonardtown, Maryland
Travel RN opportunity in Leonardtown, MD: join a dynamic occupational health team supporting employee wellness, clinical screenings, and workplace health services in Southern Maryland.

Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
Specialty: Occupational Health Nursing
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with one weekend shift during the contract
Shifts Per Week: 5 shifts per week
Shift Duration: 8 hours
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Start Date: September 14, 2026
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,780 - $1,870
Location: Leonardtown, MD 20650 - a charming waterfront community in Southern Maryland with easy access to the Chesapeake Bay region
Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in Maryland or a compact state license
At least 2 years of recent nursing experience required
Previous travel nurse assignment experience required
Current BLS certification required
Occupational health experience strongly preferred
Experience with immunizations, fit testing, phlebotomy, drug testing, and chain-of-custody procedures is highly valued
COHN certification is a plus
Responsibilities Provide occupational health nursing support in a professional clinical environment
Perform fit testing, drug screening, flu vaccine administration, and oral swab collection as needed
Assist with employee health services, immunizations, and routine workplace medical procedures
Support phlebotomy and maintain accurate clinical documentation and chain-of-custody records
Deliver efficient, compassionate care while helping promote a safe, healthy workplace
