RN Occupational Health Manager needed to support healthcare clinic in Grand Junction, CO. - '...Clinic Operations & Leadership
nnLead the day-to-day operations of the occupational medicine clinic, ensuring efficient, high-quality, patient-centered care.
nSupervise and support clinical and non-clinical staff, including physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative team members.
nFoster a culture of teamwork, accountability, professionalism, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
nOversee patient scheduling, registration, patient flow, clinic capacity, and daily operations to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times.
nIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, patient experience, and overall clinic performance.
nServe as the primary operational liaison between the clinic and Community Hospital senior leadership.
n nOccupational Medicine & Employer Health Services
nnOversee occupational health services for local and regional employers.
nSupport programs related to workers’ compensation, employee health, pre-employment physicals, occupational health screenings, DOT medical examinations, return-to-work evaluations, work-related injuries, and workplace health services.
nMaintain strong relationships with employers, insurers, workers’ compensation partners, and other external stakeholders.
nEnsure contractual requirements, employer service agreements, and pricing structures are appropriately managed.
