Are you an experienced, DOT-certified Nurse Practitioner seeking a high-volume, daytime corporate health or occupational medicine engagement? A leading statewide healthcare network s premier Corporate Care center is seeking two senior Advanced Practice Providers to manage comprehensive occupational health and workers' compensation medical services. Located entirely outside a traditional hospital setting, this outpatient corporate care facility offers a vastly accelerated credentialing and onboarding process , no night call, and highly predictable weekday hours.

The Opportunity Step into a fast-paced, high-efficiency corporate health environment backed by full administrative, nursing, and specialist teams. Two distinct shift tracks are available to suit your scheduling preferences:

Clinical Scope: Manage comprehensive occupational health services, workforce preventative screenings, and acute job-related injury care. Core responsibilities include:

Conducting pre-placement occupational physical examinations and fit-for-duty evaluations.

Performing initial and ongoing worker injury assessments, medical surveillance, and exposure treatments.

Handling workers' compensation case management, complex return-to-work clearances, and for-cause substance testing.

Ordering and interpreting diagnostic X-rays, lab panels, and occupational flowsheets.

The Schedules (Two Openings):

Provider Track 1 (Part-Time): 2 to 3 days per week, strictly 8:00 AM 5:00 PM .

Provider Track 2 (Full-Time): Monday through Thursday, 10:30 AM 7:00 PM , and Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM .

Both tracks feature zero on-call responsibilities and no weekend coverage.

Clinical Volume & Atmosphere: Maintain a dynamic, efficient pace averaging 20 to 25 patients per day . This standalone employee health hub is fully staffed with specialized clinical teams, providing an integrated environment where you will collaborate directly with fellow APPs, occupational physicians, and auxiliary departments.

Streamlined Onboarding: Because this role is situated within a dedicated outpatient corporate center rather than a primary inpatient hospital, the typical medical staff committee credentialing process is bypassed allowing for an exceptionally fast turnaround from interview to start date .

Highly Accessible: Located immediately off major commuter arteries including the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 1, featuring dedicated, stress-free multi-level parking decks directly at the facility.

Vibrant Local Amenities: Surrounded by a bustling downtown center complete with dynamic theaters, local coffee shops, and an expansive global culinary scene, making daytime breaks or post-shift dinners exceptional.

Compensation & Logistics Contract Structure: Premium hourly compensation backed by full malpractice insurance coverage and weekly direct-deposit payroll.

Assignment Timeline: Multi-month initial blocks with robust possibilities for ongoing extension based on provider performance and center needs.

Coordination: Benefit from our agency s dedicated operational team to navigate the accelerated out-of-hospital credentialing packet seamlessly.
