Patient Population: Adult
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing: 90 days
Requirements:
Active Wisconsin licensure
Board certification
AHA BLS certification
Department of Transportation (DOT) certification with FMCSA digital upload experience
Minimum 1-year Occupational Medicine experience or equivalent
