We are currently working with Industry Health Solutions at their Clemons Food Group Occupational/Employee Health Clinic in Coldwater, MI. They are seeking some Occ Med locum coverage starting in October. After reviewing the details below, please let me know if you would like to be considered for this opportunity.
Clemens Food Group - Occupational/Employee Health clinic
Coldwater, MI
OccMed NPPA:
• Seeking coverage starting October 5th November 20th
• Monday Friday
• Hours: 8a - 4:30p
• Average of 16-18 patients per day
• Seeing/supporting patients from a meat packing facility
• Evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses
• Must be comfortable with the following:
- Joint injections
- Aspiration of ganglion cysts
- Aspiration of olecranon bursitis
- Aspiration of knee bursitis
- Aspiration of knee joint effusions
- Suturing and suture removal
- Splinting/immobilization
- Occupational injury and illness management
- Musculoskeletal injury evaluation and treatment
- PFT interpretation
- DOT physicals
- Workers' compensation case management
- Work restrictions and return-to-work evaluations
- Lab and imaging interpretation
- Medication management
- Vaccinations, including tetanus
- PT referrals
• Provider will develop treatment plans, manage work restrictions and return-to-work status, order and interpret diagnostic testing, and collaborate with the Occupational Health team on case management
• Must have active MI state license and DEA
• Must have BLS and be DOT Certified
• EMR: OHM, client-owned occupational health platform
