Job description
Work Dates Needed: ASAP and ongoing (Temp-to-Perm Opp)
Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri 7a-4p or 7:30-4:30p. They are flexible, even 3-5 days/week would work
Worksite Setting: outpatient, Occupational Medicine for Industrial/Manufacturing company.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active, unrestricted Ohio license, NCCPA, DEA, BLS, DOT preferred but not required. Minimum 2 years clinical experience; occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine background strongly preferred. Familiarity with OSHA recordkeeping and workers' compensation frameworks a plus

Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA
Pay Rate Preferred: $75-80
