Occupational Medicine Physician Opportunity Located in Gallipolis, OH - Charleston, WV 60m Full-time, permanent positionPosition Overview Full-time Occupational Medicine opportunity Provide comprehensive Occupational Medicine services for regional employers No call, weekends, or holidays Serve as Physician of Record for Workers' Compensation cases Serve as Medical Review Officer (MRO) Teaching and mentorship opportunities with residents and medical studentsQualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Occupational Medicine Ability to serve as Medical Review Officer Additional medical licensure requirements not specifiedPractice Highlights Dedicated 1:1 nursing support Scribe eligible after 6 months Conduct employer site visits as needed Recommend workplace safety and employee health protocols Support management of bloodborne pathogen exposures Oversee pre-placement evaluations and screenings Establish ancillary testing protocols and workflows for abnormal results Provide medical oversight for onsite immunizations, including influenza, TB, and Hepatitis B Conduct annual medical surveillance for Oncology department staff Provide guidance to employers on Occupational Health matters Lead and present Occupational Health topics at Business Advisory Council meetings Community and employer engagement responsibilities No call, weekend, or holiday responsibilitiesCompensation & Benefits Guaranteed 2-year salary floor Production incentives and bonus opportunities Sign-on bonus Choice of student loan reimbursement with PSLF eligibility or a retention bonus over 3 years under a subsequent agreement Monthly stipend available during residency CME reimbursement Relocation reimbursement 30 days of annual time off, increasing with tenure 5 additional CME days 8 holidaysLocation Gallipolis, Ohio Located along the Ohio River in southeastern Ohio Approximately 1 hour from Charleston, West Virginia Community-based Occupational Medicine practice serving regional employers
