Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Indiana Occupational Therapist license required to start the position.
BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Salary range starting at $70k, up to $104k + Productivity Bonuses!
