nJob Summary
nWe are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team! As an Occupational Therapist, you will be meeting with new patients, discussing their treatment needs and goals, and crafting customized, comprehensive therapy plans for them. You will also work closely with fellow therapists, help educate patients on lifestyle changes they may need. The ideal candidate has a compassionate style of care, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is comfortable overseeing therapy assistants.

nResponsibilities
nConduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient
nCreate a therapy plan specific to each patient that will help them meet their mobility goals
nWork closely with therapy assistants to provide adequate follow-up care
nMaintain excellent records of patient therapy and progress
nQualifications
nMust hold the required state license for occupational therapy
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nExcellent organizational skills
nGood attention to detail
