Job description
Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in New Jersey seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The OT will assess referred patients, develop and oversee treatment plans, and document outcomes under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation.
Qualifications include graduation from accredited OT program, active license, and ability to supervise OT Assistants. Experience in long-term/geriatric care and strong communication are valued. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.
