Job description
Highlights/Benefits:
Acute Care role with coverage across multiple departments
Cover Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU & ICU step-down
See 10 patients per day on average, with up to 45 minutes per patient as needed
Mentorship provided by lead PT for up to 90 days
4/10's or 5/8's Schedule
4.5 weeks PTO
Multiple Insurance plans offered
Bonuses / Incentives:
$5,000 Sign-on Bonus or $5,000 Relocation Assistance
PSLF Loan Forgiveness Eligible
$1,500 per year in CEUs
Structured clinical ladder program with compensation increases tied to certifications and specialty areas
About the Position:
We are seeking a servant-minded clinician who is passionate about patient care. This role is best suited for someone looking to invest in a career—not just a job—helping patients understand what has happened to their bodies and guiding them through their recovery journey.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Collaborative, team-building personality style
Servant leader mindset
