nHow you’ll make an impact in this role
nnnAssess patient's ability to safely and effectively perform independent living skills.
n
nnDesign the appropriate plan of care, including type and frequency of treatment.
n
nnImplement the treatment plan using appropriate modalities.
n
nnDocument findings of patient progress. Monitors and modifies the plan of care as needed.
n
nnEducate the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits.
n
n nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need
nLicensure / Certification / Registration:
nnnBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
n
nnOccupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Occupational Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
n
n nEducation:
nnBachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
