Join a compassionate and caring multi-disciplinary team of 100 Full-time Therapists (PT, OT and SLP) who focus on supporting each other and seeing patients improve through evidence-based care

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
Full-time permanent nonprofit hospital-based Acute Care position. This team is passionate about partnering serving their city and caring for patients individual needs. In this setting, you will work with a variety of diagnoses including Ortho and Neuro. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Servant leader mindset
Coachable and eager to grow
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Collaborative, team building personality style
Acute Care experience preferred
