About the Hospital
Full-Time Permanent Position
400+ Bed Teaching Hospital
Float among six different Acute Care Units: Neuro, Ortho, Cardiac, ICU, Step down + More
See an average of 7-8 patients per day in acute
6 weeks on individualized mentorship and training provided on day 1
Clinical ladder program with a leadership growth track to support your career progression the right way
Collaborate with a team of over 40 Therapists in acute care alone
Incentives/Benefits $1,000/year for CEUs + Medbridge Subscription
Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4+ weeks
Full Insurance Benefits & 401k Match
Qualifications & Requirements: Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Passion to treat Adult & Geriatric patient population
Collaborative, team-building personality style
Desire to treat highly complex cases
