About the Hospital
400+ Bed Teaching Hospital
Willing to train therapists without Acute Care experience
6 weeks on individualized mentorship and training provided on day 1
Clinical ladder program with a leadership growth track to support your career progression the right way
Flexible 40-hour work week: Choose early or late shifts based on preference
Float among six different Acute Care Units: Neuro, Ortho, Cardiac, ICU, Step down + More
See an average of 8-12 patients per day in acute
Collaborate with a team of over 40 Therapists in acute care alone
Qualifications & Requirements: Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Passion to treat Adult & Geriatric patient population
Collaborative, team-building personality style
Desire to treat highly complex cases
Servant leader mindset
