nMedford, Oregon
n0.9 FTE | Full-Time | Day Shift
nThe Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients with a wide range of diagnoses and disabilities. Working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, the therapist develops individualized treatment plans to maximize patient independence, functional abilities, and quality of life while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
nRequired Qualifications:
nBachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or
nMaster's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or
nPh.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent educ/experience
nCoursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need, or equivalent educ/experience
nUpon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
nUpon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
nExperience
nAcute Care Occupational Therapy experience preferred
nExperience performing patient evaluations and treatment planning
nExperience treating patients with various diagnoses and functional impairments
nStrong interdisciplinary collaboration skills
nPreferred Qualifications
nAcute Care Hospital experience
nInpatient Rehabilitation experience
nNeurological Rehabilitation
nOrthopedic Rehabilitation
nStroke Rehabilitation
nElectronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
nPatient & Family Education
nMultidisciplinary Team Collaboration
