Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU)
Location: Sierra Vista, AZ
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (ARU) to join our rehabilitation team in Sierra Vista, AZ. The ideal candidate will help patients regain independence in daily living activities through individualized therapy programs in an acute rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop customized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and motor skills
Assist patients in regaining independence in self-care, mobility, and occupational tasks
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and home programs
Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress
Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
Must-Have Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Arizona
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Nice-To-Have Qualifications: Experience in Outpatient , Rehabilitation , or Acute Care settings
Required Skills Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a team-based healthcare environment
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Compassionate approach to patient care
Education & Certification Degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
Active Arizona OT License
BLS Certification (required)
