Amarillo, TX & Surrounding Texas Panhandle Communities PRN | $65–$70/Visit + $5 per Assigned COTA Visit | Weekly Pay More Control. Less Burnout. Real Impact. BrightStar Care of Amarillo is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based care for pediatric and adult patients. This PRN role offers the independence to manage your availability while providing individualized therapy focused on each patient’s functional goals. What You’ll Do * Perform in-home OT evaluations * Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals * Provide therapy and follow-up visits based on patient needs * Supervise assigned COTAs and review their documentation * Communicate with the care team regarding patient progress What You Need * Active Texas Occupational Therapist license * At least 1 year of OT experience * Current BLS/CPR certification * Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills * Ability to work independently What We Offer * Flexible PRN scheduling * Additional compensation for assigned COTA visits * One-on-one care in the home * Medical, dental, and vision options based on eligibility * 24/7 support * Ongoing training and professional development * Employee recognition programs * Locally owned and operated If you’re an OT looking for meaningful work with the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, apply today.
