Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

nUnder the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides occupational therapy services including treatment, implementation, standardized assessment data, and documentation.
nMinimum Requirements:
nnnCurrent certification or licensure as an OccupationalTherapy Assistant in the state of practice
n
nnGraduate of an accredited school of Occupational TherapyAssistant required
n
nnOne (1) year of experience as an Occupational TherapyAssistant preferred
n
nnCurrent CPR if applicable
n
nnTB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
n
nnCurrent Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
n
nnMust meet all federal, state and local requirements
n
nnMust be at least 18 years of age
n
