Garden City Hospital has an award-winning staff of over 350 of the area's best and brightest physicians from almost every specialty.ResponsibilitiesWithin scope of practice and under the direction and supervision of the Occupational Therapist, provides prescribed therapeutic services in order to restore and prevent disability for clients, or patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiopulmonary disorders. Performs responsibilities in accordance with departmental and Hospital policies, state and federal regulatory requirements: Title 22 Section 70517, 70519.QualificationsEducation and Work ExperienceAssociation Degree (COTA) from an accredited programCurrent state Occupational Therapy certificationCurrent BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC membership preferred.Employment StatusFull TimeShiftDaysEqual Employment OpportunityCompany is an equal employment opportunity employer.
