Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – Home Care | Marshfield, MAVisiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing home healthcare team in Marshfield, Massachusetts.Position Highlights:Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Position$37–$45 per visitFlexible schedulingOne year of clinical experience requiredMileage reimbursementLicensure reimbursementSupportive clinical and administrative leadershipOngoing training and professional developmentUSA Today Top Workplaces Winner – 2024, 2025 & 2026Your Role as a Home Care Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA):As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with VRNS, you'll provide skilled occupational therapy services directly in patients' homes under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. You'll work closely with patients and their care teams to promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life. If you're looking for a therapy position that combines professional independence, flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and meaningful one-on-one patient care, this could be a great opportunity for you!Your responsibilities may include:Providing skilled occupational therapy interventions under the direction of an Occupational TherapistTraining patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)Recommending and training patients in the use of appropriate adaptive equipment under the direction of the Occupational TherapistMonitoring patient progress and reporting changes to the supervising Occupational TherapistCollaborating with Occupational Therapists, physical therapists, nurses, speech-language pathologists, physicians, and other members of the care teamCompleting accurate and timely electronic documentationHome care offers a unique opportunity to get to know your patients and make a meaningful difference in their daily lives.
