Job description
LifeBridge Health, Inc. seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment to diverse patient populations in a collaborative, mission-driven setting. The therapist will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver interventions focused on ADLs, safety, and independence, and provide education to patients and caregivers. This role partners closely with an interdisciplinary team, contributes to discharge planning, and supports community health goals while accessing robust professional development and growth opportunities.
