Job description
Evaluates patients’ functional abilities and develops individualized treatment plans to support independence in daily activities. Provides therapy, assistive devices, patient and family education, discharge planning, and coordinated care while documenting outcomes and maintaining safety standards. Lymphedema experience is required; brain injury and orthopedic experience are preferred.
