nEnhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care.
nnnProviding excellent care for our patients

nnProviding excellent customer service to our patients and family members
n
nnCollaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for you patients
n
nnEvaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals
n
nnTreating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
n
nnRe-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
n
nnComplete timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
n
nnSupervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.
