Job description
The University of Vermont Health Network seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment to diverse patient populations, promoting independence, safety, and quality of life. In this on-site role, you will manage a varied caseload, develop individualized care plans, and deliver interventions across the continuum of care. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, rehab professionals, and families while documenting thoroughly in the EMR and contributing to quality initiatives.
