Job description
Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health in Knoxville, TN, seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based inpatient rehab services to adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, complex orthopedic and neurological conditions, and other serious illnesses. Responsibilities include evaluating functional abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, leading therapeutic activities, training patients and families in adaptive strategies and equipment use, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, documenting progress, and supporting safe, patient-centered discharges and community reintegration.
