Why Ruby ABA?

At Ruby ABA, we’re more than just a therapy provider—we’re a movement for change. We believe in empowering children, supporting families, and revolutionizing the way autism services are delivered. Our clinic-based Early Intervention Program provides comprehensive, collaborative care in a warm, engaging, and state-of-the-art facility designed to inspire growth and success.

Our beautiful, modern clinic is thoughtfully designed to feel like a second home—a place where children feel safe, parents feel supported, and therapists feel valued and empowered.

Our mission is simple: Provide life-changing therapy while creating a joyful, empowering work environment where clinicians can thrive.

Document progress, adapt interventions, and advocate for each child’s best outcomes

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

A Beautiful Clinic – Bright, playful spaces designed to engage and inspire

Supportive Team – Work alongside a dynamic, passionate group of clinicians who truly care

Growth Opportunities – Ongoing professional development, mentorship, and room to grow

A Work Environment You’ll Actually Enjoy – We celebrate wins, support new ideas, and make every day meaningful

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Active OT license in the state of Ohio (required)

Strong collaboration skills and a love for working with young children

Compassion, creativity, and a heart for helping kids gain independence and thrive

Provide physical prompting, guidance, and modeling of therapeutic activities as outlined in treatment plans

Respond quickly to client movements or behaviors to ensure client and staff safety

Maintain physical stamina to work with clients for multiple hours per day

Use hands and arms for fine and gross motor activities, including manipulating therapy materials and assisting clients

Visually monitor clients at all times to ensure safety and treatment integrity

Hear and respond appropriately to verbal and non-verbal communication from clients, caregivers, and team members

Work may occur in clinic-based, home-based, school-based, or community settings
