Job description
Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based therapy in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will evaluate functional limitations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on interventions that promote independence in daily activities. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
